By Dave Peterson | March 23, 2009

No matter how many touchscreens you have in the house, there’s always room for at least one more, am I right? If you don’t have one in your kitchen yet, cheer up, relief is on the way. Key Ingredient Corporation is marketing the Demy, a small, color touch device that will display recipes from KeyIngredient.com. Connectivity is by USB to your computer and the Demy can hold up to 2,500 recipes. The screen displays in portrait or landscape orientation. The 5 x 7-inch device also provides a variety of handy kitchen functions such as a timer, volume conversion calculator, and a database of ingredient substitutes. If you’re ever thought of going paperless in the kitchen, the Demy is awaiting your preorder with a $300 price.
