iHome’s iHM77 Collapsible Speaker

Observers of the iPod (and other portable players) speaker market have seen just about every form factor imaginable rolled out. But this may be a new one: The iHome iHM77 speakers sport an accordion design, allowing the speakers to be packed down into a more compact form. They can then be magnetically connected end to end to form a little capsule shape that will fit in the palm of your hand. Power is provided by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. No word on how they sound playing polkas.
